I started Monte Estate Exposures during an epiphany I had last summer while on my search for the perfect multi-unit. I was surrounded by so many amazing properties, but prior to the tours, I noticed the photos weren’t doing these spaces any justice. I wanted to create visuals that emulated the way my heart dropped when I stepped foot into a unit, the warmth that I felt when I pictured it as my home. I started going to networking events, seminars, and open houses to become more knowledgable on what both realtors and buyers gravitate towards in visuals. I've learned that the home selling process is so much more than just getting a property off the market, but being apart of a new family's incredible journey.
